Project Management

When we accept a job, we accept all the responsibility that goes with it. A Project Manager supervises the project from the initial contact through conceptual studies, engineering design, energy studies, sales, and construction (including final start-up and balancing). The responsibility continues through final acceptance and the warranty period.

BIM & VDC

GM Climate Control has the capability to facilitate 3-D coordination meetings including creation and management of Clash Detection reports. Coordination meetings can be held in our GM Climate Control office.

GM Climate Control has more than 20 years of experience utilizing Autodesk MEP and Revit.

Facility Service

GM Climate Control, Inc provides service and long-term maintenance agreements with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service. We reduces emergency repair costs by providing preventative and comprehensive maintenance solutions. GM Climate Control has over 17 years of experience assembling and training the largest Non-OEM, GM Climate Control's Centrifugal Group specialists have been trained and certified to service and repair all types of chillers, regardless of manufacturer, size or compressor configuration.
